Cannot click into the Wikipedia result in Siri Knowledge

I want to ask is it like only happening to me, after I updated my iPad (7th generation) to iOS 14 from 13.7, I’ve no idea why does Siri knowledge doesn’t able to click and direct me to Wikipedia when I press look up as I highlighted some word. I can see the description before I click into the box the show Wikipedia, but when I click the box of the Wikipedia information, nothing is clickable for me and here I’m gonna insert an image.

It used to have somewhere to bring me Wikipedia but now it seems that it’s glitched for me... anyway to fix that?

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to use the Wikipedia shortcut when using Siri to search for something on your iPad. If you haven't restart your device as iOS clears cached data and does other system optimizations when you turn your device off and on.

If you are still having this issue, your next step is to reinstall iOS on your device; this will help us isolate the situation further. Reinstalling iOS should not affect any of your data, but it is always a best practice to make sure you have a current backup in either iTunes or iCloud.

Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Once you have a current backup, follow the steps from the "If your device turns on but gets stuck during start up" section in this article:


If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen


Use the “Update” option and not “Restore” and these steps will reinstall iOS. Keep in mind that these steps were written for a different issue, but they will still help us isolate the situation further.
