My 1st generation apple AirPods - I have 2 sets of AirPods both are Disconnecting continuously!!! Am being loyal customer to Brand apple but it’s disgusting why apple is not Providing Updates to 1st generation apple AirPods. Apple wants us to purchase Apple Pro and increase sales by making 1st generation AirPods obsolete- frustrating & feeling cheated by Apple.
I definitely understand your frustrations. Sorry you're experiencing these problems.
A couple things to try is removing your AirPods from your iPhone, and pairing them back up. If that doesn't work, try restoring your iPhone and see if that works. Sometimes if it's an issue with the iPhone software, it'll follow you around on backups. You may want to set up as new. If you have everything synced to the cloud, then you shouldn't have to worry about photo and documents.

I have similar issue with my AirPods. I have tried in my Mac/iPad/iPhone (all have latest OS). Looks like Apple stopped supporting Apple AirPods 1Gen???
