Airpods pro disable stem controls

My airpods pros will slowly fall out of my ears as I'm talking (or exercising). As I reach to adjust them, if I am on a call, I'll frequently hang up on the person that I'm speaking with. If I'm not on a call, I will either remove noise cancelling (causing me to go back into the app or try to re-trigger the stem button to re-enable the noise cancellation) or I will trigger Siri, immediately interrupting whatever I'm listening to. Can we just have the ability to disable the stem button?

I've tried each of the different ear tips and I am unable to solve it by changing the tip. I've also tried "not touching" the stems when I adjust them. This works some of the time but can be difficult to do while running, etc.

No, that is not the solution to this particular problem. I have tried each ear tip, as well as conducted the ear fit test, many times since I bought these. My problem is simply that they don't fit in my ears as snuggly as they seem to for other folks – so they require frequent adjustment. I'm fine with doing that adjustment but I have this unnecessary technical hurdle, that they immediately hang up on whomever I'm talking to. My request is to just allow me to disable these controls so that I can do the adjustment without causing these unnecessary side effects.
