Windows 10 BootCamp installation error “stop code”

Howdy,
I have a problem that I couldn't solve and maybe you can help me!
I've been trying for a few days to install Windows 10 on a MacBook Pro 13 Midl 2014 model through BootCamp and I can't. I recently upgraded to SSD (OWC Aura PRO X2 - 480Gb) and I didn't think to make a clone to Windows Bootcamp on the old SSD because I said that it is better to install a fresh install but Looks like I was wrong. Everything goes well until the second restart that Windows crashes. So go to the partitioned part in Windows, install and restart. After the restart, it installs something with a 100% percentage after which it sits and thinks followed by a blue screen with an error code "stop code: WHEA_UNICORRECTABLE_ERROR". From here I can't do anything else. I read on the net about these "stop code" but I failed to solve the problem. Can you help me ?
Thank you .
