Sending pictures an attachments instead of inline (or embedded) pictures

I use the mail app for my company Outlook account. I have set it up as an exchange account. When I go to share a picture through mail it automatically embeds it in the email instead of as an attachment. This requires me to right click each picture sent and come up with new names for them. Very tedious and time consuming. How can I send the picture as an attachment?
