Mac Pro Bluetooth Issues After 10.15.7

After updating to 10.15.7, several bluetooth related items started happening:

1.) Failed to connect to the keyboard - keyboard only worked if I connected via lighting cable. Had to do a restart and it connected via bluetooth

2.) After completing a mouse click (could be random), the mouse becomes unresponsive/delayed for several seconds (I can still move but the movement is very laggy/delayed)

The keyboard is the one that came with the Mac Pro. I'm using a Logitech MX Master 3 for the mouse.

Anyone else experiencing bluetooth or these issues?
