why won't it let me turn on Apple Cash in settings to send money through iMessage ? I have a verified debit card from cash app in my wallet but Every time I turn on “Apple Cash” and then type in my Apple ID password it says “could not set up Apple Pay, an error occurred while setting up Apple Pay” I don’t understand please help 😕

There is good news. Apple has created Apple Cash Family. Follow these instructions and skip anything that does not apply.
To set up Apple Cash Family you must first close any accounts that children already had. Make sure that the balance is zero then go here - Manage your Apple Cash account - Apple Support next, go here - Set up and use Apple Cash Family. No, I am not 18 but yes I am in the US . But my friends use it and they are all under 18 which is why I’m confused
