Active time and interval training.
Hi,
I've used my Polar watch voor 3 years and now bought the apple watch SE. The two options I used the most, I haven't found or created yet on the apple watch.
- Polar measured how active I was in a day, in time. It said x many steps, x many hours and x many minutes a day. In "health" I only see the option in kc, c or kj. Is there a way I can find or read this in time?
- I have four different interval workouts I use every week, the polar watch responded with noise. What is the best way to create and use interval work-outs on the apple watch? For now I have runkeeper, maybe there are better options?
