iCloud Photos

I chose to clear my cloud space but now it shows the following message whenever I open the Cloud.. ' iCloud Photos has been disabled. You have 30 days remaining to make sure you have a complete copy of your photos and videos. ' what does this mean?

I believe it's warning you that after 30 days, the photos that you were storing in iCloud will be unavailable to download/recover. So if you had photos in iCloud that you do not have copies of, they will be gone.
