You can claim warranty from India as well. You can check youtube, many renowned youtubers have said in their videos that if Apple product purchased from Dubai/ US can be serviced in India if it is under warranty. One of the youtuber who mentioned this is Nabeel Nawab. You can see his videos on Warranty. I myself claimed warranty in India when i purchased iphone from Dubai....So Chillax..

No, it will only be valid in the US, you will have to return to the US for service.

What are the dates of these YouTube videos? Apple allowed a grace period only in India where they honored all warranties for iDevices but I believe that period has ended. They will do minor assistance with non-India purchased iPhones and may, at the discretion of a manager, replace a screen but they will not do a warranty replacement. It is best to read the Apple warranty rather than go by youtubers.

False. The warranty is not international.
