How to remove mdm and ca certificate if it doesn’t show in profiles or certificate trust settings

I have been been given a ca root certificate and mdm to download onto my phone but now have no way of removing it since it won’t give me any option apart to wait till date of expiry so what can I do to remove it if I no longer want to connect onto the network and have my phone free of all profiles like before

Profile options will exist, only if any profile installed by your corporate / organisation / enterprise / School Management then please contact the system administrator of your corporate / organisation / enterprise / School Management

If you have installed any profile on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...

I have 4 devices none of them have any MDM or profile on my devices and this is normal.
