Answering calls

Whenever I place a call and the receiver answers, my phone automatically switches to speaker. How do I keep my phone from answering on speaker?

Hey reese238,

Sounds like your phone calls are being answered and immediately placed on speakerphone unexpectedly. We'll do all we can to assist!

To start, let's go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing and check to see if it's set to "Speaker". If so, change this to Automatic for it to behave as expected and default to your iPhone's receiver instead.

We hope this information helps out! Let us know how it goes.

Take care!
