Menu button

After I installed the disney+ app on my apple tv the menu button stopt working. I read that it happen to many others also. What can I do to make it work again?

Can't Access App Menu on Apple TV The screen showing all of the rotating photos appears, but we can't access the app menu. Have tried everything, including unplugging the Apple TV and plugging it back in. Any other suggestions?

Apple TV background app page not working When I double click the home button(next to the MENU button) the page starts to glitch out. It won’t let me clear apps and only when I click the home button or the menu button it goes back to the home page. I don’t know how to fix it.
