Whatscapp crush problem

i use iphone11 and ios14.2.

When I want to take a picture using whatsapp bussines and send it to my friend, the program closes and does not open again. Any suggestions other than delete and reinstall as a solution? thanks

whatsapp freezes iphone 14 pro since 13 pro Since iphone 13pro my whatsapp freezes when i select a picture from gallery to send to a contact. After buying a new phone and restoring from cloud backup the problem persists. Either I must wait a couple of minutes for it to unfreeze of I must close the app and go back to the conversation, then I am able to send the picture. If I select a picture from the Photos app and send to whatsapp the problem does not happen. I thought of deleting and re installing whatsapp, but since the problem happened after upgrading to 14pro i dont think that is a good strategy. Strangely I haven't seen people complaining about that problem online. Hope someone can help. Thank you Rubens
