I have to restart my iPhone before I can call out to someone

Why is my phone not working? I have to restart my phone at least 10 times a day before I can call out to someone. My phone will not ring and if someone was to call and I answer I cannot hear them and they cannot hear me. FaceTime does not work. I also have to restart my phone before I can use headphones. While using headphones they will randomly stop working and I will have to restart my entire phone once again for it to work.
