Iphone X won't recover or restore

My Iphone X started to boot itself, I see apple logo over and over and it never fully boots.

I tried to do a update, didn't work

I tried to do a restore, I get a 4013 error.

I have tried 2 computers, multiple cables and still same result.

At this point, I gave up and bought a Iphone II but would like to see if I can make the X work again so I can sell it.

Ideas on how to get it back to factory?
