Device was bricked due to full storage

My mother kept filling up her iPhone 6s Plus to the point of no memory left even to delete one picture. after that it turned off and refuses to go past the Apple logo on startup.

I have connected it to iTunes to do a restore and that also fails “error 4010”.

Is there anyway out of this? is there any hope of getting the data back?

Thanks a lot

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12
