Hello dear A week ago I accidentally deleted the Notes app from the iCloud account. Can I recover it?

Is it possible to recover deleted notes app from iCloud?

The notes app once recovered will mirror in iCloud.com as Apple ID and password is signed in and notes box is checked and synced https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/icloud/mmb1de40d9/icloud

Also the notes app can't be directly deleted from iCloud.com .
