Permanently removing, deleting, destroying Live photo annoying feature.

I don't know anyone who thinks this is a useful or cool feature, yet it keeps popping up and resetting itself, wasting time, and frequently, wasting the opportunity for the shot, since I have to jack around with the phone to convince *my* phone that *I* don't want to ever do that **** thing again.

I've gone into settings > camera > Preserve Settings (until the next time we chose to ignore your preferences and know better what's good for you).

This is not persistent.

Please, remove "LIVE!!!11!!!!" photo feature from the next IOS, and explain it to the coder who thought this would be a cool addition to his social networking that grownups don't like it. Preferably with a strong grip on his tie and through clenched teeth.
