Since I updated to IOS 14 Bottoms row of icons keep rearranging themselves & icon folder need to double tap to open

Updated to IOS 14 and ever since then the bottom 4 icons (dock?) keep rearranging themselves in reverse order. I put them back to how I have always had them, then not long after they’ve reversed order again. This happens every other day.

Also ever since the update to go into the app folders I have to double tap to open this never happened before the update everything worked fine.

is the a common or know issue ??
