Caller ID shows United States then shows correct in recent calls

Iphone 8+ have update 14 if caller is not in Contacts shows on caller ID as United States only then afterwards you look in recent calls and it will show the City/State but not when call is coming in. Help somebody!!!!

Not one person was helpful on this?? So if anyone else needs help update to 14.1 and it will fix it. God Bless you all anyways!!!
