As the fine print states under the Prioritize Faster Shooting setting:
”Intelligently adapt image quality when rapidly pressing the shutter.”

Then, unless you plan on printing photos in large format, I wouldn't worry too much about it. If prioritizing for speed makes your life easier, go for it.

I'd suggest that you take some pictures of the same things with the setting on and with it off. Compare them and see if the difference is detectable to you.
