iPad Pro Keeps Scrolling to Top of Page

My iPad keeps scrolling to the top of the page. This happens in multiple apps: safari, iMessage, Twitter, various news apps and many others. It happens inconsistently, but frequently enough that it’s a real annoyance. The only way I’ve found to prevent it is to keep a finger on the screen continuously.

Any way to keep this from happening?

Greetings swedepaul!

We see you are having some trouble with multiple apps scrolling to the top of the page randomly during use. We want to help get that issue resolved! Do you have a case or screen protector on that device? You may want to try removing it to make sure it is not somehow causing the display to detect input. Also try testing this issue with all accessories disconnected (Chargers, headphones, etc.).

Please review the steps here as well: If the screen isn’t working on your iPhone or iPad

If the issue continues after those steps we recommend reaching out to our direct support: Get Support. They can take a look into more options to get this fully taken care of.

Have a great rest of your day!
