macbook air 2020 full charge capacity going down rapidly

hi my macbook air 2020 has 12 battery cycle. i just purchased my MBA 2020 in august. right now the full charging capacity down to 80% already. what could've happened? do i need to replace the battery? but the battery health said its healthy. i'm a new macbook user, its kind of stressing me out seeing the full charging capacity dropped so fast.

hi thank you so much for the answer. I already did that. do i need to do that regularly? I also still have another question, is it normal for a macbook that's only been active for approximately a month and a half has the battery health doing down to 91? I just checked it using coconut battery.
