iPad 2 log in fail

I have an iPad to which I use for limited functions, but it’s really really useful to me. There seems to be no facility for two factor authentication, and it is now impossible to turn that security feature off on my account. How can I log in to iTunes?

Can't Log In to Apple ID How can I log in into my Apple Account without doing the two factor authentication if I can't get a code from my only trusted device? I recently drop my Iphone and it won't turn on or charge and the only device that has the phone number. I can't get a pop up code or a message without the phone. So I am pretty much locked from my account. Please Help.
