iPad Pro Bedtime clock removed?

No, its not a bug.

Bedtime, as a function, was moved to the Health App. However, as the Health App is only available for iPhone, the Bedtime function has been lost from iPadOS.

You’ll likely wish to submit feedback to Apple using the previously provided link.

Bedtime, as previously accessed from the iPad Clock App, has literally disappeared - and is no longer an element of iPadOS. 

For iPhone, the equivalent function has been relocated to the Health App (this, of itself, is not present on iPad).

Apple do invite constructive feedback and feature requests via their product feedback portal:

The iPad User Guide makes clear the features that are available within iPadOS14 - noting that Bedtime is no longer included in this document.

I agree. As using bedtime for the past 4 years, it’s even sad to see it go. I will give Apple a piece of my mind when I get the chance.
