Why is the top left of my iPhone screen blurry?

I did that, and it worked. But, then a couple minutes later it came back. By the way I have a problem that whenever I watch a youtube video something pops up from the side of my screen and I can’t get it off.

This happens to me too but it starts when I go onto Netflix or YouTube or Disney but only when I'm on bug screen then a side screen shows up
