HELPPP

I can't seem to figure out how to connect my Iphone 7 to itunes. I recently reset it. After I reset it it was asking me for a passcode to the phone but there was no account signed into the phone. Now I'm locked out and it says connect to itunes but i can't figure it out. Can somebody PLEASEEEEEEE HELP ME!!
