News sleep feature on the alarm section of my iPhone, which I don’t want Ann did not ask for

I just updated my iPhone and now on my alarm Setting I find this new feature (which I didn’t ask for) it says-alarm, next line— sleep wake up-No Alarm, SET UP

All I want on my alarm is for me to be able to put in times I want to wake up I don’t want all this other garbage on my screen it takes up 3 inches. I’m retired I don’t need the app- instead of you people at Apple giving us things we don’t need why don’t you give us the option to either sign into it or not—again please tell me how to get rid of this ridiculous feature I didn’t want in the first place.
