i saw your message , but lot of person did why i am not ,
ALL of those sites are scams, plain and simple. There is no way for anyone but Apple to disable activation lock without knowing the AppleID and password used with iCloud.
Those scam sites use illegal servers to bypass Apple’s activation. Since such servers are illegal, both Apple and the network ISPs look out for them and shut them down. So the scammer gets his money from you, and within a short period of time your “unlocked” device suddenly pops up the “activation locked” dialogue, which you cannot get past. And your device is now useless.
