how can i restore my photos

If you use iCloud for Photos and the photos are not in your Recently Deleted Folder then they are gone forever. If they are in the Recently Deleted Folder then you can, of course, restore from there.

If you do not use iCloud for Photos and have a computer backup then those photos should also be backed up. You can restore from that computer backup. Your photos will only be as current as the date of that backup.

You have deleted those photos from the Recently Deleted Photos folder as well. I am afraid that those photos are deleted and cannot be recovered.

Look for it under Recently Deleted Album.
