Error Message 0x80070141

When trying to send videos taken with my iPhone 11Max to my computer I get error message 0x80070141 and the message that the attached device is unrecognizable. Reboot everything and some times I can successfully transfer a video file to my computer but when attempting to transfer a second file, the above message is displayed.

copying videos from iphone 7+ to pc hi,, i am getting the following message when trying to copying my videos from iphone7+ to my PC. if you copy the first video it may work then the 2nd i get an error " a device connected to the system is not working" i restart the phone and again i copy one video, it works the 2nd video fail. it is the same for small video like 40mb or large like 250MB. knowing i used to copy videos before normally. as for photos it is getting copied without any pb. thanks for your help.

Image Capture: error 9937 I have a solution. And it works fine. This error is due to videos (no matter size of file) High Deifinition setting which turns automatically in iPhone after SW update. Follow these steps: Settings, Camera, Formats... chose 'Most Compatible' Re-start iPhone. Open the video you could not transfer to your Mac (either using Image Capture or Photos, because same error happens in both programs). When video plays on iPhone chose 'Edit' then cut last or beginning of the vide 1 second and hit 'finish'. iPhone will ask you if you wish to save it as save or new clip, chose 'save'. (If you chose 'save as new clip' you will see the new recording by letter 'E' added to beginning of same file name which you just eddited... but this file will not open in QuickTime Player due to codec problems). Give it at least 1 minute before going to file transfer (I do not know why but it seems program may be doing something in background) Now you can transfer the video to your computer without a problem.
