We understand you're experiencing an issue with the Apple TV app on your TV, and we'd like to share a resource that may help.
You should be able to access the Apple TV app settings by going to Settings in the app. If you're not seeing any Settings, try following the steps under "Sign out of the Apple TV app on a smart TV or streaming device" so you can sign out of the Apple TV app and reset it to its original settings: Get the Apple TV app on your smart TV or streaming device.
