Spam call

I received a call saying my phone was infection with spam ware and to not access my bank I want to know whether or not my phone has been hacked.

Apple does not call you unless you specifically request a callback for tech support.

What you received is a robocall where they randomly call millions of people hoping someone is foolish enough to answer.

They then steal your personal information, tr to trick you into downloading malicious software and charge your credit card.

Ignore it and block the caller.
