Hi,
I've been looking at buying the new Apple Watch, however, I don't want to pay for a data plan as well as I don't feel I really need one if almost everything can be done via bluetooth. Is there a way to buy the Apple Watch series 6 without a data plan or is that a must? I haven't seen that option yet so any insight would be helpful.

There are 2 versions of the watch a GPS only version and a GPS+CELLULAR version,the GPS version doesn't have a data plan and can do everything the cellular version can do.
The difference between the 2 is that with the GPS version you have to have your phone with you to make calls and send texts,with the cellular version you can leave your phone at home and still be able to make calls etc.
