I have lots of data on it. I know I should've backed it up, please help!
I've tried Itunes as well, not working! many days in trial, negative.
send to a friend, he said the memory is full and the ios can not be updated.

That actually makes no sense. The internet has some information. It also has some misinformation. Apple Support has at least as much correct information as is available on the internet, perhaps more.

Sorry I forgot to mention that I'm in a region that apple support doesn't cover.
