I keep receive a phone call From +1(580)456-**** or the same numbers start +1(580) all from (Roff, OK), (Altus, OK), (Kaw City, OK). All the call Are same, that said my Apple iCloud King have been breach. Are those Phoenix from Apple or not. If it’s not is there anyway I can block those number That starts +1(580) or form State OK.

Apple does not make such calls.
All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to ignore the calls or hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.
