Wifi Calling disconnects Frequently

My neighbors and I all have the same issue, only I have an iphone 11 and you no longer get the connection on the home screen, so mine disconnects and I don't even know it happened until I leave the house and get all my voicemails. I have found that if you know it's disconnected and simply switch airplane mode on and off again it will reconnect to the wifi calling and works immediately. I am also experimenting with just leaving Airplane Mode on all the time at home to keep it from trying the cellular connection. It seems to be working, but I haven't done it long enough to determine if there are limitations or if that creates other issues.

Ensure your Wi-Fi network is configured to Apple's recommended settings: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support

Isolated the behavior and test if the issue occurs while connected to a different network: Make a call with Wi-Fi Calling - Apple Support

i have iphne XS max and after recent update to ios 14 i started having the same issue. The solution i found it if i reset Network Reset, it will work for 10 mins and it disconnects itself. I need permanent solution not temp resolution to have the same issue over and over again. Plz reply apple support!! thanks

Yes new iPhone 12 disconnects after a minute when on WiFi calling with another caller who is running 5G

It’s not only WiFi calling, even if I’m on a call over GSM, my wifi connection still hoes off. It’s so annoying and specially when I try video calls it barely last for a minute before it disconnects.

I upgraded my phone to 12 Pro max and problem went away. Maybe Apple is trying to pursuade us to upgrade?

I don’t know the answer to it but new one resolved the issue

exa the opposite occurred to me, I just upgraded to iPhone 12, since then I’m experiencing this issue :)
