Apple TV stopped allowing access to kids account on netflix

I have my own "account" for watching netflix and my kids had the Kids one. A couple months ago the kids one stopped working. It works fine on the ipad but we can't access it on the apple tv. Any ideas on how to reinstate it?

My Apple Tv does not support Suddently it was not possible to log on to my Netflix account. Later the same happend to my Disney + account. How do I restore my Netflix access on Apple TV. Can't login just blank screen. After a power outage I tried to reenter my Netflix account on Apple TV but I only get a blank screen now. I can not see in the menus for the device how I suscribe to new CHANNELS so I can reinstall.

Try to reboot the Apple TV. Or maybe it is because the kids account only allow 1 device at a time?
