iPhone 11 max plus will not work on Mobile Data

Hi

had this IPhone 11 & been on the same network for about 6 months and has been working great. Not when I go out of range of wifi my phone will not go onto mobile data.

I have done a restart, have rest the network settings and still does not work. I think it started after the iOS 14 update???

On wifi phone works great!

what can I do??

  1. Turn AirPlane Mode ON and then after 3 seconds turn AirPlane Mode OFF. If this does not resolve the issue then-
  2. Reset Network Settings. Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Reset Network Settings : Note that after the network settings are reset then you may have to enter passwords to WiFi Networks again. If this does not resolve the issue then-
  3. Try and Force Restart your iPhone exactly as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
