I can no longer pull Pages from iCloud onto my iPad mini 2 although I can pull other smaller apps. Why?

I can no longer pull the Pages app from my iCloud account onto my iPad mini 2 so that I can open and use the app. How do I fix it?

iCloud and Pages Hi there! I have app Pages on my iPhone and iPad which are meant to be synchronised. But there are some files that are starting to load and... it’s nothing. I can open these files on my phone and cannot do it on iPad – it shows that they are loading but they don’t.

Are you seeing an error message when trying to download it? Do you have enough space on the iPad mini?
