input monitoring + wacom tablet

Past few hours I've been uninstalling and reinstalling my Wacom tablet and it does not work.

It is keep giving me the message of "Security settings prevented the Wacom Software from posting an event" message and want me to go to the Security&Privacy menu to check the Wacom related things on Accessibility and Input Monitoring. I've followed all but stuck in Inout Monitoring since when I go to Input Monitoring it does not show any apps and gives me the message saying "Apps that have requested access to monitor input from your keyboard will appear here" which makes me extra frustration, since there is no + or - button to allow me to try ANYTHING!

Does anyone know how to resolve the problem to make me re-use my Wacom tablet under Catalina system?

Hello? Hello? Pretty please can we restart this conversation? I've got the same issue, I'm the only admin on the computer, my system preferences are unlocked; I have absolutely nothing in my Input Monitoring box, and no boxes to tick to add anything. I've even tried dragging and dropping. I've disabled the firewall but that makes no difference either.

Hope someone comes back soon to help ........
