My iphone will not shut off i have tried a to shut down, and it wont let me click on any apps
why will my phone not shut down and I cant click on any apps

- Press and quickly release VOLUME DOWN
- Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears (may take up to a minute of holding)
