APPLE ARCADE GAMES NOT WORKING ON MAC. WEIRD OVERLAY.

Hi, I got an Apple Arcade subscription today on my 2019 MBP but every time I try to launch a game, this weird overlay comes in and acts as the foreground of the window. The overlay seems like a resizable window as you can see from my YouTube video : https://youtu.be/tynWBx5sYIo

Is this Game Center trying to bring up something? Is it something known or is it a new bug? I've tried restarting my Mac, tried 7-8 games from Apple Arcade and none of them work. Other games from the App Store seem to be working fine, though.

Any ideas what this might be about?
