iOS Reminders not syncing with Outlook

I recently updated to iOS 14 and just today realized that my iOS Reminders were no longer syncing (or viewable at all) with Outlook 2013 on my Windows 10 PC. I use this feature extensively and have several hundred reminders/tasks that I can no longer get to via Outlook. I realize I can access this information in other ways but Outlook is my preferred editor for these tasks due to it's advanced sorting and display abilities.

The information is still in iCloud. Is there anything I can do to reestablish this sync. If that's not possible, is there any way to perform a one-time download of these tasks to my PC?
