Earbuds keep disconnecting on iPhone SE

I am having trouble with my Plantronics ear bud paring with my IPhone SE. I had a IPHONE7 previously and I had no problem with paring. But when I got my new phone, it keeps disconnecting the earbud. What can I do? Is there a setting that I need to change? When I called Plantronics Support. They tole me it was an issue with Apple.

Overall surprising lack to volume control. I am new to iPhone and switched for a variety of reasons however am I missing something? Is there seriously still only a single adjustment for volume control? The seeming lack of control, or at the very least, the difficulty in adjusting is pronounced and surprising. I cannot find any setting to separate out media vs. ringer or other notifications. Volume on this latest iPhone are a decade behind what my vehicle is even capable of... well it is except when I connect my iPhone as it corrupts and prevents the vehicle from its full functionality. Calling using a speakerphone yields highly consistently inconsistent results where the ring volume at max is nearly inaudible but the call volume will blow your ears out. Lowest media volume is still double what's necessary making using it unpleasant for any loved ones at night. Is there at least an aftermarket app to fix what Apple presumably isn't capable of?

Bluetooth Headphones not working with Kids Messenger Hi there, My child got bluetooth headphones for Christmas and they work with everything else - FaceTime, Recordings, etc., except for Facebook Kids Messenger. Whenever he receives or makes a call, the audio switches to the external speakers and won't run through the bluetooth set. I've tried changing the Accessibility-touch-audio call setting to Bluetooth and I've installed the latest update for iPad, but neither of these seem to have fixed the problem. Please help! Thanks,

Based on your post it appears your Bluetooth headset does not stay connected to the iPhone SE as expected. Is that right? We're happy to assist!

How long has this been an issue?

Have you tried pairing the headset with any other device to see if the issue continues?

Do you know if this occurs with multiple Bluetooth devices paired to the iPhone?

Does this happen in multiple locations?

Are you running the most recent version of iOS on the iPhone?
