Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand you’re unable to access your Listen Now page in Music. We’re happy to help.
To start, make sure you’re running the latest iOS version:
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Then, try signing out of and back into Apple Music. This will remove any songs made available for offline play, and you’ll need to redownload then when you log back in.
To sign out, tap Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases.
From there, tap on the silhouette in the upper left corner and “Sign Out.”
Once you’ve signed back in, turn on Sync Library:
