WatchOS7 Complications gone/wrong.

After updating my phone (iPhone 7 plus) to iOS 14, and my Watch to watchOS to v7.0.1, all my complications have been flipped to off and when I go to turn them back on, most just aren’t there, all I see is Battery. I did figure out that if I delete the calendar app from my phone and reinstall it, I could restore the date complication. So the question is this; how do I reinstall/restore all of them at once (if possible), or how do I at least figure out which ones are actually missing so I can do them one at a time? Two photos included, of my regular watch face and what complications I can see

Good afternoon RavenSorrow,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

It sounds like when you updated your Apple Watch to watchOS 7.0.1, you lost the complication settings you had on your Apple Watch face.

Try unpairing your Apple Watch and restarting it. Then update to watchOS 7.0.2 (released Oct. 12) and restore from a backup that you made prior to updating to watchOS 7.0.1.

The resources below will help you address this issue. Key information is highlighted for you below. Click the links for complete details.

Back up your Apple Watch -The section entitled "Here's what your Apple Watch backup includes" lists

"Clock face settings, including your current watch face, customizations, and order."

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch

Restore Apple Watch from a backup - Apple Watch User Guide - watchOS 7

"Restore your Apple Watch from a backup: If you pair your Apple Watch with the same iPhone again, you can choose Restore from Backup and select a stored backup on your iPhone."

Once you get your Apple Watch face set up again with the complications the way you want them, take a screenshot of your Apple Watch to remind you of the choices you made in case this happens to you again in the future.

How to take a screenshot on Apple Watch

Share Apple Watch faces - this is a new feature in watchOS 7.
