i bought my MacBook Pro on 24/9/2020, now i wish to subscribe the 1 year free Apple TV , but it's cannot, now i just can redeem the 7 days free. why??

Redeem the offer on your new Apple device in the TV app, not on a different device.

It lists four easy steps on how to redeem, it lists the conditions/requirements, and it has an eligibility check.
If you qualify, and if you did as described in the guide, and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist in getting you the service, if needed using activation codes.
