Hello, I use a hotmail email for my Mail app on my iPad and iPhone. But I can’t receive or send messages on there. It say “invalid” or “can’t receive messages” and it really bothers me because I need it and all my apps are used with that email!

Dear Apple,

I’m not able to send or receive any emails on my hotmail account on the Mail app on my iPad and iPhone. It really frustrates me because I need to receive certain emails from that hotmail account that I used for other apps. It says “Cannot Get Mail - The Mail server “imap-Mail.outlook.com” is not responding. Versify that you have entered account info in Mail settings.” This happens every time. I do not know how to solve this problem. I tried many things/suggestions from the Apple website but it still won’t work. It even said Email invalid when I tried re-signing in on my iPhone and its making me nervous that I won’t be able to receive emails from this hotmail email anymore because I spent a lot of money on apps with this email.
